Light personal questions are fine: where she is from, how long she has been in Dubai, what she enjoys about the city. Avoid questions about her family, romantic relationships, why she does this work, how many clients she sees, or her real name. These boundaries exist for her safety and comfort. Respect them and the conversation will flow better. She will share what she is comfortable sharing naturally.
