A bottle of prosecco or champagne, white wine, and bottled water are safe choices. Avoid hard liquor unless she requests it. Most companions prefer lighter drinks that they can enjoy without getting intoxicated. Order from room service or buy from a hotel shop before she arrives. Never pressure a companion to drink.
