Nothing dramatic. She leaves your room, takes the elevator, exits the hotel, and goes home or to her next engagement. Hotels do not track or question guest visitors. There is no record, no questions asked, and no follow up from the hotel. You are left in your room having had a great evening. If you want to see her again, message the provider. If you want to leave a review, ask how. The entire process is designed to be seamless and private for everyone involved.
