Tuesday through Wednesday offers the best combination of availability and selection. Most companions have open schedules mid week. Monday can be quiet after the weekend. Thursday and Friday (Dubai's weekend) are peak demand nights requiring advance booking. Saturday is moderate. Sunday evening is surprisingly good because business travelers arriving for the week want company on their first night. If flexibility allows, mid week bookings give you the widest selection and potentially more relaxed companions who are not managing back to back bookings.
