Most providers expect at least four hours notice for cancellations without penalty. Cancelling within two hours of the booking may incur a partial fee because the companion has already prepared and blocked her evening for you. Same day cancellations are understood if communicated promptly. No shows without any communication are the worst scenario and will likely result in being blacklisted by the provider. A simple WhatsApp message explaining the situation is all it takes. Providers appreciate honesty and will accommodate genuine schedule changes.
