The difference is enormous. A one hour booking is rushed: arrival, brief social interaction, private time, goodbye. There is no space for genuine connection. A two hour booking allows: drinks on arrival, relaxed conversation, unhurried private time, and a comfortable goodbye. The extra hour transforms the experience from transactional to enjoyable. Three hours is even better because it includes dinner. Our strong recommendation: never book less than two hours for a first meeting.
